ScaleUpMedia uses third-party service providers, vendors, and infrastructure platforms to operate our website, applications, communications, payments, AI workflows, project delivery systems, and client venture infrastructure.

These providers may process personal information, client information, technical data, project information, or operational data depending on the services used and the scope of the engagement.

This page lists key providers that may be used by ScaleUpMedia. The specific providers used for a particular engagement may vary based on the project scope, technical architecture, compliance requirements, and Engagement Contract.

Key Subprocessors and Providers

Hosting and Infrastructure

Providers may include Vercel, cloud hosting platforms, database providers, storage providers, content delivery networks, and related infrastructure services.

Purpose: Hosting websites, applications, APIs, databases, deployments, storage, and production infrastructure.

Source Control and Development

Providers may include GitHub and related development tools.

Purpose: Source-code hosting, version control, code review, issue tracking, deployment workflows, and development collaboration.

Database and Authentication

Providers may include Supabase and other managed database or authentication platforms.

Purpose: Database hosting, authentication, authorization, storage, application data, and backend services.

Payments and Billing

Providers may include Stripe and related payment systems.

Purpose: Payment processing, invoicing, subscriptions, billing records, fraud prevention, and transaction management.

Communications and Collaboration

Providers may include Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, email providers, scheduling tools, project management tools, customer communication tools, and CRM platforms.

Purpose: Email, documents, project communication, client collaboration, scheduling, support, and business operations.

Analytics and Marketing

Providers may include Google Analytics, advertising platforms, CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and campaign measurement tools.

Purpose: Website analytics, campaign measurement, attribution, retargeting, lead management, marketing communications, and performance reporting.

AI Infrastructure

Providers may include Anthropic, OpenAI, and other AI infrastructure providers.

Purpose: AI-assisted project scoring, analysis, automation, software development support, internal workflows, and client-approved AI functionality.

Engagement-Specific Providers

Some client engagements may require additional providers based on the product, industry, architecture, or compliance requirements.

Engagement-specific providers may be listed in the applicable Engagement Contract, security addendum, data processing agreement, technical scope, or other written agreement.

Changes to Subprocessors

ScaleUpMedia may update its subprocessors and providers from time to time as services, infrastructure, vendors, and engagement requirements change.

Where required by an applicable agreement or law, ScaleUpMedia will provide notice of material changes to subprocessors.
